Aislamiento seguro: Ingreso Solidario y bancarización

Abstract

Este documento explora las heterogeneidades en el acato de las medidas de aislamiento al interior de los municipios de Colombia que fueron beneficiados por el programa Ingreso Solidario establecido como política basada en transferencias no condicionadas para enfrentarse a la emergencia económica y sanitaria que causó el Covid-19. Usando datos de movilidad local, anuncio de pago y efectivo tratamiento del programa se propuso una metodología de diferencias en diferencias bajo el espectro de un estudio de evento, esto para el primer desembolso de la política Ingreso Solidario con el fin de encontrar heterogeneidades entre grupos de municipios pobres y ricos. Los resultados apuntan a la existencia de heterogeneidad en los acatos de medidas de aislamiento entre los grupos analizados en el estudio.
