Payment process :

International students should get a "temporary visitor" visa in the Colombian consulate localted in their country of residence. This is required in order to register in courses and process payment. Students should bring to the consulate an invitation letter from Universidad de los Andes, which can be processed at your request by the Summer School Administrator, Ana Maria Maldonado:

1) Electronic payment:

In order to enter the payment system, the University will send the student a username, password and a code (código) to the e-mail account entered at registration.

The students must access http://serviciosdeclave.uniandes.edu.co in order to activate his or her UniAndes account. If you do not see the e-mail a couple of days before de payment deadline, please check your email application's spam filters and add @uniandes.edu.co as a safe sender. Nevertheless if it does not work, please send an e-mail telling us the situation to infoposgradoeconomia@uniandes.edu.co or call Yolanda Casallas to (571)3394949 Ext. 3464

Before executing the electronic payment, please check that it corresponds to the chosen course and its price. Please take into account that there are different timely payment deadlines for each course.

The payment could be done by internet at: http://matriculas.uniandes.edu.co/matriculas.

Once you pay your bill is necessary to send a copy to ycasalla@uniandes.edu.co or send a copy to the office, W 702, Facultad de Economía de la Universidad de los Andes, Calle 19A No. 1-37 Este · Bloque W.

2) Payment directly in the bank office:

To print the receipt and do the payment in one of the Banks that are allowed by the University, you must enter the following link: http://matriculas.uniandes.edu.co/matriculas.
